The Chamber’s Business Advocacy Partnership (also known as “BAP”) monitors critical policies and legislation activity at the city, county, and state levels, and provides relevant updates on policy issues to our membership. When needed, the Chamber may advocate publicly on policies and legislation affecting the welfare of businesses and the quality of life in the Greater Brighton community, ensuring that decision makers are aware of the position of the hundreds of businesses and employees that we represent.
Each year during election season, BAP sponsors meetings and special events, including election previews and meet-and-greets with elected officials.
Monitoring activities are ongoing, and currently meetings happen as needed rather than on a regularly set schedule. For more information about getting involved in BAP, contact Holly Hansen.
